For the first track he used a dubplate by Earl 16 for Irie Ites Soundsystem and customised the riddim… the second cut includes chopped voicings by Babamessage…the third one is the clean instrumental and the fourth cut drifts in deeper psycoanalysis…the fifth track is a hard , puristic & powerful steppas – my personal favourite…

Dubios aka. Basstafari has always been attracted to bass music, so it is just natural that he joined the IrieItes Soundsystem! Born and raised in Halle/ Saale in East Germany his DJing began exactly 20 years ago, in 1994. Dubios initial devotion lay first in hip hop, drum & bass and jungle but then the reggae off-beat dropped into his life and became the guiding red line throughout his musical journey that should follow. Nowadays he hosts the Tropidelic Soundsystem in Berlin and is constantly exploring the borders of heavy bass music,dub/ steppas,dubstep,drum& bass, hip hop & cumbia. He is also coming up with tight dubplates and remixes...
